Hi, I’m Richard.

I spent 25 years inside communication. Journalism, live radio, newsrooms, politics, PR, documentaries and podcasts.

Then I started teaching it.

And realised there was a gap between learning the communication skills and doing the skills that the industry needs from people today.

Today I help people cross that gap, using what I’ve learnt from 25 years of comms experience and 5 years of PR podcasting, talking to agencies around the world, to help identify the best talent around the work and help those individuals form the next generation of communicators and employers actually want to hire.
